Visit Sainte-Marguerite Island : A day trip from Cannes
The largest island off the coast of Cannes is Sainte-Marguerite. It’s easily reachable as regular ferries run from Cannes and only take 15 minutes! It’s covered with pine and eucalyptus dorset, incredible hidden coves and crystal clear waters. There are only about 20 houses on the island in a small village near the ferry dock.

Visit Fort Royal

The island is perfect for snorkelling in fish filled waters, but make sure you visit the Underwater Eco Museum. This is a group of sculpted faces underwater, created as artificial reefs to help promote biodiversity. It’s a great thing to see on a swimming/beach day!
